复合麻醉方式在腹股沟疝修补术中的临床优势评估

目的：评估复合麻醉方式在腹股沟疝修补术中的临床优势。方法回顾性分析2010年12月至2013年12月，唐山市玉田县计生中心医院收治的腹股沟疝患者120例，按照麻醉方式分为二组。观察组采用复合麻醉，对照组采用单一麻醉方式，比较二组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组的麻醉优良率为97．0％，明显高于对照组的87．0％，组间差异有统计学意义（χ2＝7．35，P＝0．00）。观察组麻醉起效时间为（6±1）min，明显短于对照组的（9±2）min，差异有统计学意义（t＝18．75，P＝0．015）。观察组的术后30 min、2h VAS评分分别为（1．8±0．4）、（2．3±1．0）分，明显低于对照组的（2．9±0．7）、（3．5±1．1）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝13．26、7．79，P＝0．000、0．001）；观察组的麻醉不良反应发生率为9．3％，明显低于对照组的23．0％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．45，P＝0．02）。结论复合麻醉方式应用于腹股沟疝手术中麻醉效果满意，缩短了麻醉起效时间，起到良好的镇痛作用，并且安全可靠。

Clinical superiority evaluation of combined anesthesia in inguinal hernia repair

Objective To evaluate the clinical superiority of combined anesthesia in inguinal hernia repair.Methods Between December 201 0 and December 201 3,a retrospective analysis was performed in 1 20 cases of inguinal hernia who were admitted to Yutian Family Planning Center Hospital.All patients were divided into two groups based on different anesthetic methods：combined anesthesia in observation group and single anesthesia in control group.The anesthesia effect were compared between these two groups.Results Good anesthesia rate was 97.7% in observation group,which was higher than those in control group （87.0%）,and this difference was statistically significant（χ2 =7.35,P=0.00）.There was significant difference in anesthesia onset time between observation group and control group （6 ±1 minutes：9 ± 2 minutes,t=18.75,P=0.015）.The VAS score at 30 minutes and 2 hours after the operation were significantly lower in observation group （1 .8 ±0.4,2.3 ±1 .0 vs.2.9 ±0.7,3.5 ±1 .1 ,t=1 3.26,7.79, P=0.000,0.001 ,respectively）.The adverse effects of anesthesia occurred more frequently in control group than observation group（23% vs.9.3%,χ2 =4.5,P=0.02）.Conclusion Combined anesthesia is safe and effective,as it shows a good anesthesia effect,shorter onset time of anesthesia and satisfactory pain-control in inguinal hernia repair.
