| 摘 要： | 目的：了解接触低浓度苯系溶剂与相关人群老龄化作用的关系，方法：选择102名接触有机溶剂的橡胶制胎，制件行业的流化车间作业工人为接触组，100名机械厂车间工人为对照组，进行了工作能力指数，生理指标及生物学年龄的调查与测试。结果：发现工作能力指数随年龄增长有下降趋势，但低浓度有机溶剂的接触组与对照组比较工作能力指数有明显差异，特别是45岁以上的接触组工人工作能力指数有效明显下降，但对照组无改变。结论：接触低浓度苯系有机溶剂人群有老龄化的存在。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship of work and aging in working population exposed to low level benzol solvents.Methods:Total of 202 workers,which consisted of 102 sulphuretted workers in rubber plant and 100 engineering workers in machine industrial,were investigated with work ability index(WAI),biological index.Sulphuretted workers in rubber plant were listed as investigated group,and engineering workers in machine industrial were listed as control group.Results:This investigation showed that WAI were decreased with age.WAI exposed to low level benzol solvent was significantly lower than that of control group,especially over 45 years old.Conclusion:There were aging effects of low level benzol solvents on working population. |
