| 摘 要： | 目的：观察五灵丸与联苯双酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及不良反应。方法；选择慢性乙型肝炎患者186例，随机分为两组。治疗组96例，给予五灵丸；对照组90例，给予联苯双酯。两组均1个月为一疗程。观察两组临床症状、体征的变化及肝功能的检测指标。结果；治疗组临床症状的好转率、肝功能复常率以及治疗后的总有效率均明显优于对照组，两组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。未见明显不良反应。结论：五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切，安全有效，且优于联苯双酯。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Wuling pills and Bifendate in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods:186 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 96 patients in treatment group received Wuling pills and 90 patients in control group received Bifendate for 1 month. Observe the change of the symptom and sign of liver function. Results: After the completion of therapy, the general effective rate in treatment group had improved significantly. It was obviously different of two groups (P<0.05). Side effect had not been found. Conclusion:The effectiveness of Wuling pills is much better than Bifendate in treating chronic hepatitis B. |
