腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者74例的临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床优势。方法74例异位妊娠患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组行腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术。术后对疗效进行分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,但实验组在出血量、住院时间、术后并发症等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、恢复好、并发症少等显著优点,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery used in 74 Cases of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical advantage of laparoscopic surgery treatment for ectopic pregnancy paients. Methods 74 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The laparoscopic surgery was carried out for experimental group, and the laparotomy was carried out for control group, the clinical effects were analyzed after surgery. Results Both groups achieved surgery successfully, but experimental group is significantly better than control group in such as cadaverine quantity of bleeding, length of stay （LOS） and postoperative complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery has the character of little trauma, better recovery and less complications in treatment for ectopie pregnancy patients, so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work
