| 摘 要： | 从多角度审视与探索制药类专业人才培养模式,旨在培养制药类专业人才的工程应用能力和实践创新精神。新的人才培养模式创立以＂三实一创＂（实验、实习、实训与创新）为核心的制药类专业实践教学新体系,该体系重点探讨多层次实验项目、多类型实习基地群和多渠道实训模式的建设。同时从建设制药类精品课程群及＂双师型＂教师队伍两个角度深化制药类专业人才培养模式研究。

| Abstract: | Training model of talents in pharmaceutical engineering and related majors was studied in multimode.The purpose of this research was to focus on cultivating engineering ability and innovative idea of talents in pharmaceutical engineering and related majors.New practice teaching system was set up whose core was experiment,practice,on-the-job training and innovation.Multilayer experiments,many-fielded practice bases and many-channeled on-the-job training was established.Based on constructions of elite courses and double-fielded teachers,the research of training model of talents in pharmaceutical engineering and related majors was moved on in depth. |
