Efficacy analysis of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods A total of 86 patients with angina pectoris were divided into experimental group and control group according to lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine regimen,and the experimental group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,duration and frequency of angina pectoris,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 93.02%,which was higher than 74.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration and frequency of angina pectoris of the experimental group were(2.33±0.25)min/time and(1.35±0.30)times/d,which were all better than(5.35±1.18)min/time and(3.65±0.76)times/d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets has ideal curative effect in the treatment of angina pectorisand,and it can effectively relieve angina pectoris,which is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
