即刻种植与延期种植修复单颗前牙缺失的效果分析

目的对比分析即刻种植与延期种植修复单颗前牙缺失的效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月在沈阳市口腔医院进行单颗前牙缺失种植修复治疗的患者200例,依据种植修复时间的不同分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用延期种植修复,观察组采取即刻种植修复。比较两组的整体修复效果。结果观察组种植成功率为98%,高于对照组的93%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组修复后不同时间点种植义齿修复美学效果评分和牙周袋深度,以及术后总并发症发生率、1年后主观满意度各项评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植与延期种植修复单颗前牙缺失的效果接近,并且即刻种植修复的义齿美观效果更好,患者满意度较高。

Effects Analysis of Immediate Implant and Delayed Implant in the Restoration of Single Anterior Tooth Loss

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of immediate implant and delayed implant in the restoration of single anterior tooth loss.Methods A total of 200 patients with single anterior tooth loss in Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each group according to the different time of plant and restoration.The control group was treated with delayed implant repair,while the observation group was treated with immediate implant repair.The overall repair effect of the two groups was compared.Results The planting success rate of the observation group was 98%,which was higher than 93%of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The aesthetic effect score and the periodontal pocket depth at different time points after restoration,and incidence of postoperative complications and subjective satisfaction scores at 1 year after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of immediate implant and delayed implant in the restoration of single anterior tooth loss was similar,and the immediate implant restoration had better aesthetic effect and higher patient satisfaction.
