胃癌术后患者采取五水头孢唑林钠联合奥硝唑预防感染的安全性和有效性分析

目的探讨胃癌术后患者采取五水头孢唑林钠联合奥硝唑预防感染的安全性和有效性分析。方法80例胃癌术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取五水头孢唑林钠治疗,试验组采取五水头孢唑林钠联合奥硝唑进行治疗。比较两组感染率、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组感染率为5.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌术后患者采取五水头孢唑林钠联合奥硝唑可以有效预防感染,提高临床安全性,值得推广。

Analysis of the safety and effectiveness of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with ornidazole to prevent infection in patients with gastric cancer

Objective To discuss the safety and effectiveness of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with ornidazole to prevent infection in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate,and the experimental group was treated with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with ornidazole.The infection rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of the experimental group was 5.0%,which was lower than 20.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 2.5%,which was lower than 17.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer surgery,cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with ornidazole can effectively prevent infection and improve clinical safety,which is worthy of promotion.
