摘    要:目的:建立基于医院肿瘤大数据中心的单病种科研平台,为科研工作者提供一个肿瘤数据价值可挖掘、科研流程规范化的工作平台,提高科研效率,增加科研产出。方法:利用大数据技术对医院各业务系统数据抽取、整合,建立肿瘤大数据中心。通过自然语言处理等技术对非结构化文本数据进行后结构化处理,使数据更具分析价值。结果:建成基于数据中心的肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌、食管癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、肝癌9大单病种的科研平台,实现了科研灵感搜寻、研究对象自动入组、CRF数据智能填充、填充数据及时溯源、科研数据辅助统计等系统化、全流程的科研管理。结论:提升了医院的科研效率并加速成果产出。

Construction and Application of the Big Data Center of Cancer and the Single Disease Research Platform

Abstract:Objective:Establish a single-disease research platform based on the hospital's big tumor data center,a working platform can be provided for researchers to explore the data value,standardize the research process,improve research efficiency and increase research output.Methods:Big data technology was used to extract and integrate data from various business systems of the hospital to establish a big tumor data center.Through natural language processing and other technologies,the unstructured text data and image data were post-structured and feature-reduced to make the data more valuable for analysis.Results:Based on the data center,a scientific research platform for nice major types of lung cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,esophageal cancer,rectal cancer,colon cancer,and liver cancer was built,which realized systematic and whole-process scientific research management such as scientific research inspiration search,automatic grouping of research subjects,intelligent filling of CRF data,timely traceability of filled data,and auxiliary statistics of scientific research data.Conclusion:It improves the research efficiency of the hospital and accelerates the output of results.
