Application of Self-Made Simple Spine Operation Bed Combined with Stick Ruler on C-arm X-ray Machine in PKP Operation in Primary Hospital

Objective To observe the effect of self-made simple spine operation bed combined with stick ruler on C-arm X-ray machine in percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)operation in primary hospital.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 46 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with PKP from January 2017 to July 2019.Among them,26 cases were operated on the regular operating bed,using C-arm X-ray machine fluoroscopy,as the control group.20 cases were operated on the self-made simple spine surgery bed,and C-arm X-ray machine was pasted with a ruler to assist in the localization of intraoperative fluoroscopy,for the observation group.The time of operation,times of intraoperative fluoroscopy,rate of one-time successful puncture,leakage of bone cement,and the VAS score of low back pain before and after operation were recorded.Results The operation time and the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy in the control group were more than the observation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in rate of one-time successful puncture between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of bone cement leakage in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but the control group were higher than observation group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made simple spine operation bed combined with stick ruler on C-arm X-ray machine can reduce the operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy,it is effective.
