| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of dacryocystitis.Methods This was a retrospective clinical study.The data of 68 eyes of 66 patients with acute and chronic dacryocystitis underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy from Jun.2017 to Jun.2019 in First People’s Hospital of Xuzhou were analyzed retrospectively.The follow-up time was 6 months to 1 year.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results After surgery,59 eyes(86.76%,59/68)were cured,6 eyes(8.82%,6/68)were improved,and 3 eyes were ineffective.The efficient rate was 95.59%(65/68).Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is effective for the treatment of dacryocystitis,with the advantages of less trauma and higher success rate of surgery. |
