| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针药结合治疗对实验性肾炎大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的影响。方法观察针药结合治疗对尾静脉注射小牛血清白蛋白所诱发慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的影响。结果模型组大鼠血清MDA升高，SOD、NO降低，针灸组、中药组、针药结合组均能降低大鼠血清MDA，升高SOD、NO，与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论针药结合治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎有一定的治疗作用．其作用机理可能与抗氧化作用有关。
