高密市2005年高考体检HBsAg、ALT检测结果调查

目的了解我市高中学生乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙氨酸氨基移换酶(ALT)阳性情况,为学校有效控制肝炎在学生中的传播提供依据。方法对6417名参加高考的学生采用ELISA法检测HbsAg、采用速率UV比色法检测ALT。结果HB-sAg阳性率为3.3%,低于社会人群9.09%的携带率,男生阳性率(3.93%)高于女生(2.48%)。ALT阳性率为2.68%,男生(4.04%)高于女生(0.90%)。结论应加强高中学生的健康查体,乙肝疫苗的预防接种,肝炎防治知识的宣传教育等工作,降低乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染率和肝炎发生率,保证学生的身体健康。

The investigation of the results of HBsAg and ALT of students joming college entrance examination in 2005 in Gaomi City

Objective To find out the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and Alanine Aminotransferase(ALT)in students of Grade three in senior middle school in Gomi City,in order to control the spreading of hepatitis among students.Methods HBsAg was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and ALTwere detected by Kinetic UV test in 6417 students of Grade three in semor middle school.Results The positiverate of HBsAg was 3.30%,lower than in normal Chinese people(9.09%).The positive rate in schoolboy(3.93%) was higher than that in schoolgirl(2.48%).The positive rate of ALT was 2.68% in students,schoolboy(4.04%) was higher than schoolgirl(0.90%).Conclusion In order to reduce the infection rate of HBV and the rate of hepatitis,ensure students to be in good health,school's leader ought to strengthen the work of physical check-up and prophylactic vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine instudents.
