过敏性紫癜患儿的临床分析

目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的临床特点和治疗措施,提高过敏性紫癜患儿的诊治效果。方法对608例过敏性紫癜住院患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 608例中男338例,女270例,男女比例1.25：1;发病年龄多集中在6-10岁;10月到次年4月发病高峰,有425例。感染为主要诱因,312例患儿有上呼吸道感染史,占51.3%;其次疑有食物过敏或药物过敏的患儿35例,占5.7%,其余患儿发病原因未明。608例患儿均先后出现皮肤紫癜,以双下肢多见584例,占96.1%;消化道受累370例,占60.8%;关节受累350例占57.5%;肾脏受累274例占45.1%。实验室检查：WBC升高243例,PLT升高347例,ESR增高139例,ASO升高71例。治愈或好转578例,占95.1%;未愈自动出院的复发16例,其他14例。结论过敏性紫癜是以侵犯皮肤、关节、消化道和肾脏为主的血管炎,早期诊断和治疗,根据受累部位及严重程度给予个体化治疗,大多患儿预后较好。

Clinical analysis of 608 children with Hench-schonlein purpura

Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment in children with Hench-schonlein purpura,and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.MethodsThe clinical data of 608 children with Hench-schonlein purpura were analyzed retrospectively.Results 338 cases out of all cases were male,and 270 cases were female,aged from 6 to 10 years old.There were 312 cases with history of upper respiratory tract infection（51.3%）;there were 35 cases with food and drug allergy（5.7%）.There were 584 cases with skin purpura mainly in lower limbs.There were 370 cases were involved in digestive system（60.8%）,350 cases were involved in joint（57.5%）,274 cases were involved in renal system（45.1%）.578 patients were cured or improved（95.1%）.ConclusionThe Hench-schonlein purpura is a vasculitis,which mainly affects the skin,joints,digestive tract and renal system.According to the location and extent of involvement for individual treatment,most children have a better prognosis.
