合同护士工作压力源及应对方式的调查分析

目的了解合同护士主要工作压力源及常用的应对方式。方法采用护士工作压力源量表及简易应对方式问卷，对北京市某医院的101名合同护士进行调查。结果合同护士工作压力平均水平为（2．78±0．53）分，排在首位的压力源是护理专业及工作方面的问题，其中频繁更换班次、工资及其他福利待遇低为主要的压力源；合同护士常采用积极应对方式；工作压力与消极应对方式呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论合同护士压力程度高，医院管理者应充分认识合同护士的工作压力及应对方式与工作压力源的关系，促使合同护士采用积极的应对方式，减轻工作压力。

Investigation and analysis on the job stressors and coping styles in the contract nurses

Objective To investigate job strcssors and coping styles in contract nurses. Methods A total of 101 contract nurses in Beijing were recruited and investigated with the Job Stressors Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The mean score of job stress in contract nurses was （2.78± 0.53） points. The major job stressors came from the factor of nursing specialty, including frequent shifts, low salary and welfare. They tended to adopt positive coping styles. Moreover, the job stress was positively correlated with negative coping styles （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The contract nurses show relatively high level of job stress. The hospital managers should pay attention to the job stress and the correlation between job stressors and coping styles in contract nurses, as well as take measures to help the contract nurses to adopt positive coping styles and reduce job stress.
