奥美拉唑预防应激状态下大鼠胃粘膜损伤的实验研究

目的探讨奥美拉唑对应激状态下大鼠胃粘膜损伤的预防作用.方法对SD大鼠预防性给予奥美拉唑,采用水浸一束缚应激(WRS)模型,检测胃粘膜溃疡指数(U1)、胃液pH值,大体及光镜下观察胃粘膜损伤程度及组织学变化.结果预防性应用奥美拉唑可使胃粘膜UI明显下降,胃液pH值明显上升,差异均有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01);镜下仅见胃粘膜充血水肿,无出血及溃疡形成.结论奥美拉唑能有效预防应激状态下大鼠胃粘膜损伤,该作用与其抑制胃泌酸功能有关.

An Experimental Study on Omeprazole in Preventing Gastric Mucosal Injury in Rats under Stress

Objective To evaluate the effect of omeprazole in preventing gastric mucosal injury in rats under stress. Methods Water immersion-restraint stress (WRS) model was performed in SD rats. One group were administrated with omeprazole as preventive measure, the other were not. The gastric mucosal ulcer index (UI) and gastric fluid PH value were detected, and the histological change and degree of injury of gastric mucosa were observed grossly and under light microscope. Results The decrease of UI and the increase of gastric fluid PH value in group with omeprazole were both significant compared to stress group without omeprazole (p<0.01). Mucosal hyperaemia and edema but not hemorrhage and gastric ulcer could be observed in group with omeprazole under light microscope. Conclusions Omeprazole can restrain the gastric acid secretion, which can effectively prevent gastric mucosal injury in rats under stress.
