| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并存糖尿病的病人在围手术期的血糖控制治疗对并发症和死亡率的影响。方法术前、术中、术后和急腹症的病人加强血糖的监测和胰岛素的合理使用。结果并存有糖尿病的病人均可安全渡过外科手术危险期。结论做好围手术处理可使并存有糖尿病的病人减少并发症和死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective Study how the the blood sugar controlling effect the complication incident rate and death rate during the perioperation of a co-glycuresis patient. Method Inspecting the blood sugar of the acute abdomen patient and Pre-in-post operation patient, and rational application of insulin. Result Those co-glycuresis patients get through the critical stage of Surgery.Conclusion The proper handling of the perioperation of the surgery, will reduce the complication incident rate and death rate |
