| 摘 要： | SARS流行期间，被隔离的发热患普遍有较重的心理负担。此时，患心理能否得到有效的调适，将直接影响治疗的效果。笔认为，在临床护理实践中，注意运用语言沟通艺术，如讲究称呼艺术，在倾听中了解病情，掌握患心理需要等，有助于取得患的信任和好感，解除其心理负担，使之积极配合药物治疗。

| Abstract: | heavier psychological burdens widely exist in quarantined fevering patients during the SARS period.Whe ther the patients could get effective psychological adjustment will directly aff ect the treatment effect.The author argues that,in clinical nursing,using langua ge communicative technique intentionally will do help to get trust and favor of the patients,relieve their psychological burdens,and make them cooperative in me dical treatment. |
