| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在埋伏牙定位中的应用价值。方法：对5例上颌骨埋伏磨牙行螺旋CT检查，作颌面骨三维重建，并与曲面断层X线片进行对比观察。结果：螺旋CT对5例上颌骨埋伏磨牙均能准确定位，与术中所见完全一致。结论：螺旋CT三维重建影像可以直观地显示埋伏牙情况，对上颌骨埋伏磨牙的定位、治疗方案的制定重要指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the Clinical application of spiral CT scanning and 3D imaging reconstruction in the localization of unerupted maxillary teeth. Method: 5 patients with unerupted maxillary teeth were examined by spiral CT scanning and 3D imaging reconstruction. Unerupted maxillary teeth were removed according to panoramic X-ray film and 3D CT imaging.Result: Spiral CT was effective to localize the unerupted maxillary teeth while Panoramic X-ray film could only be used as a preliminary examination.Conclusion:Spiral CT scanning and 3D imaging reconstruction is useful for locatization of uncrupted maxillary teeth and is valuable for the treatment. |
