| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达水平及其临床应用价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定48例非小细胞肺癌患者、30例肺部良性疾病患者和40例健康受检者的血清TPS浓度水平。结果非小细胞肺癌患者血清TPS水平明显高于肺部良性疾病患者和正常对照组(P0.05)。不同性别、年龄、病理类型、有无纵隔淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌患者中血清TPS水平之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。临床分期为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的患者的TPS浓度明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期病人,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),在经过手术和化疗后血清TPS水平明显下降(P0.05)。结论血清TPS水平检测对非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断、病情判断和治疗疗效评价等具有重要意义。
