| 摘 要： | 目的评价双吻合器在直肠癌前切除低位吻合术中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析自1998年8月～2001年9月间应用双吻合器行直肠前切除术45例,其中14例属超低位吻合术,占31.1%.结果全组无手术死亡,术后吻合口漏2例(4.4%),吻合口狭窄3例(6.7%);术后局部复发4例(9.3%). 结论双吻合器技术可作为直肠癌保肛手术的一种安全可靠的术式选择.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods 45 cases of anterior resection including 14 cases superl ow anterior resection were analysed retrospectively by using double stap ling device. Results There was no operational death. Com plications included anastomotic lea k in 2 patients (4 4%) and anastomotic structure in 3 patients (6 7%). Of the 43 patients available for follow up, 4 patients had deve lop ed local recurrence (9 3%). Conclusion Our experience su ggests that double stapling technique provided a safe alternative for anus saving operations in patients with rectal cancer. |
