| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广州市医院信息系统建设现状。方法:通过对广州市32家医院信息系统建设进行问卷调查,应用综合评分法对广州市医院信息化建设进行评价。结果:广州市医院信息化建设一般级别以上的占79%,总体水平一般。结论:广州市医院信息系统建设已有一定的规模,但分布还不均匀,大多数医院还处于一般水平,建议进一步加强和规范医院管理信息系统各子系统的建设,同时加强高层管理者的信息化建设意识,全面实现医院的信息化管理。

| Abstract: | Objective :In order to understand the present situation of the hospital information systems construction in Guangzhou. Methods: Investigating of 32 HIS hospitals ,analyzed the problems with Ratio Analysis and Principal Component Analysis. Result: General scale of hospital information systems construction in guangzhou is 79 percent, Totality level is general. Conclusions: It have definite scale to hospital information systems construction in Guangzhou ,but disrtibution is not well-distribnted; Level of many hospital is general, Suggest go step further strengthen and standard the construction of subsystem in hospital information service systems ;and strengthen the information consciousness of the leader,Overall realize management of hospital information systems. |
