| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿1瘤患者接受伽玛刀治疗前后其外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)比例变化。方法我们通过流式细胞仪检测恶性肿瘤患者伽玛刀术前及术后7~10天,外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例变化。结果恶性肿瘤患者伽玛刀术前及术后7~10天,外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例分别为28.55±5.2%,28.35±4.18%,没有明显差异。结论伽玛刀术后7~10天,恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例没有明显变化,提示伽玛刀对肿瘤治疗早期患者细胞免疫功能没有明显改变。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of CD4~+CD25~+ regulatory T cell in peripheral blood of patients with malignancies fore-and-aft gamma knife radiosurgery. Methods:The changes of CD4~+CD25~+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignancies fore-and-aft gamma knife radiosurgery were determined by flow cytometer . Results: The ratios of CD4~+CD25~+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignancies fore-and-aft gamma knife radiosurgery have no obvious differentia. Conclusion: Gamma knife radiosurgery have no effect on the ratios of CD4~+CD25~+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignancies , clue that gamma knife radiosurgery have no obvious effect on tumor immunity .at early period. |
