丹参川芎嗪注射液联合双氯芬酸纳治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效及安全性研究

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合双氯芬酸纳治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择2014年9月至2016年5月就诊的急性痛风性关节炎患者30例,给予丹参川芎嗪注射液联合双氯芬酸纳治疗:丹参川芎嗪注射液10 ml与0.9%氯化钠溶液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d;双氯芬酸纳75 mg口服,2次/d。治疗3 d后评价其疗效。结果本组患者30例,痊愈60.0%(18/30),显效26.7%(8/30),有效13.3%(4/30),无效0例,总有效率100.0%。治疗后,患者关节疼痛与肿胀评分较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论丹参川芎嗪联合双氯芬酸纳治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,且起效快、不良反应少。

Efficiency and safety of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with diclofenac sodium dual in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

Objective To investigate the efficiency and safety of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with diclofenac sodium dual on acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 30 patients with gouty arthritis who were admitted from September 2014 to May 2016 were involved.Patients received salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with diclofenac sodium dual;salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection 10 ml to 250 ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution intravenous drip,1 time/day;diclofenac sodium 75 mg orally,2 times/day,3 days after treatment,curative effect was evaluated.Results The recovery rate,marked effective rate,effective rate,invalid rate and total effective rate was 18 cases(60%),8 cases(26.7%),4 cases(13.3%),0 case and 100.0%,respectively.After treatment,patients with joint pain and swelling of the score had improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with diclofenac sodium dual is significantly effective and safe for gouty arthritis with less adverse reaction.
