苦参素联合中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的：观察苦参素联合丹参制剂、珍珠灵芝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法；200例慢性乙肝患者按就诊先后顺序依2：1比例分为两组：治疗组120例和对照组80例。治疗组采用苦参索联合香丹注射液、珍珠灵芝片治疗；对照组采用聚肌胞注射液联合珍珠灵芝片治疗。并检测两组患者的肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物及HBV-DNA含量，观察其治疗前后的变化和临床症状的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗组治疗后ALT、AST复常率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），HBeAg及HBV-DNA转阴率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：苦参素联合丹参制剂、珍珠灵芝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著，可重建宿主免疫，抑制HBV复制，促进肝功能复常，且延缓甚至阻断肝纤维化。

The Effect of Marine Combined with Chinese Tradition Medicine on Treatment of Hepatitis-B

Objective:To evaluate the clinic effect of combination of marine and Danshen(Xiangdan injections),Zhengzhu Lingzhi tablets on the treatment of chronic hepatitis-B.Methods:Two hundred cases of chronic hepatitis-B were divided into two groups according to the order of visit and in a ratio of 2:1,with 120 cases in the therapeutic group and 80 cases in the control group.Marine injections combined with Xiangdan injections and Zhenzhu Lingzhi tablets were used in therapeutic group and polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injections combined with Zhenzhu Lingzhi tablets were used in controls.The changes of clinic symptoms and the assays of hepatic functions,HBV markers and HBV-DNA were all observed before and after therapy.Results: The total rate of therapeutic efficacy was significantly higher in therapeutic group than that in control group(P<0.01).The rate of normalization of ALT and AST was obviously higher in therapeutic group than that in controls(P<0.05).Furthermore,the rate for HbeAg and HBV-DNA to turn into negative was also much higer in therapeutic group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Marine combined with Xiangdan injections and Zhengzhu Lingzhi tablets is very effective in treating chronic hepatitis-B.It can help patients to restore immune abitity,inhibit the duplication of HBV,enhance the normalization of hepatic functions and delay or even stop the hepatic fibrotic processes.
