| 摘 要： | 目的分析血液报废的原因,探讨如何减少血液的报废,提高血液的合格率。方法对2005~2007年深圳市龙岗区无偿献血血液报废原因进行统计分析。结果在无偿献血血液报废中脂肪血、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高和乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HbsAg)阳性是主要报废原因。结论①脂肪血报废与采血前咨询程度及群众对献血知识普及率低有关,需加强对献血者的咨询及宣教,献血前对献血者进行必要的体检;②采血前初筛ALT,降低因ALT不合格所致的血液报废,对减少血液报废,节省血液资源有积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to decrease blood rejection and blood waste after offering with qualified blood. Methods To statistically analyze the cause inducing rejection of blood from voluntary donor in Longgang district of Shenzhen. Results Among voluntary blood donors fatty blood, higher alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and positive HBsAg were main reasons. Conclusion ①Rejection to fatty blood was related to inadequate consultation before taking blood and low prevalence to donor for blood knowledge. So it is necessary to propagandize and educate and also give physical examination; ②ALT is tested before taking blood that will decrease blood rejection due to unqualified ALT, and then there is practical meaning to decrease blood rejection and save resource. |
