改良提上睑肌缩短术

目的：在常规提上睑肌缩短术的基础上，研究探讨一种容易暴露寻找提上睑肌的手术方法。方法：切开上睑皮肤，分离部分眼轮匝肌后横行切断睑板中分上方15mm宽的结膜前肌肉组织，于此肌肉组织两侧纵行向上剪开至眶隔，待脂肪外溢后，由脂肪溢出处伸入剪刀向另一侧分离，并剪断脂肪前组织，其后必定是提上睑肌腱膜，结果：本组12例（17眼），术后效果满意13眼，过矫2眼，矫正不足2眼。结论：上睑下垂病人提上睑肌，眶隔发育往往不正常。部分病人眶隔位置较高，较难寻找和分离。此法便于剪开眶隔和暴露提上睑肌，使手术操作变得简单、方便。

Improvement of levator palpebrae superioris shortening

Objective: To study a surgical method which can be used to find and expose lavator palpebrae superioris (LPS). Methods: A new way to find LPS. Results: In these 12 cases (17eyes), the clinical effects were satisfied in 13 eyes, 2 eyes were over correction, 2 eyes was lacking correction. Conclusion: It was easy to cut off orbital fascia and expose LPS by using this method, and this method made the operation more simple and convenient.
