| 摘 要： | 原花色素是植物中广泛存在、含量丰富的一大类多酚化合物的总称。体外实验研究表明其对人乳腺癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌等肿瘤细胞具有生长抑制作用；动物体内实验表明，其对致癌因素诱发的皮肤癌、结肠癌、肺癌等肿瘤的发生和生长具有抑制作用。其作用机制与抗氧化作用、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡和分化等有关，对机体无明显不良反应，值得进一步研究和开发。
