去氧孕烯炔雌醇片在子宫内膜息肉电切术后的应用

目的:探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉(EP)切除术后的临床疗效。方法:186例EP患者均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切除术,术后病理诊断均为良性子宫内膜息肉,其中94例(观察组)术后口服妈富隆治疗6个月,另92例(对照组),术后未服药物。随访12个月,观察月经量、EP复发、月经周期情况。结果:(1)月经量:观察组术后月经量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)息肉复发情况:对照组复发11例(11.96%),观察组复发6例(6.38%)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)月经周期:对照组有19例患者表现为月经不规则,而观察组仅4例表现为偶发的月经间期少量出血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TCRP术后口服妈富隆可有效改善月经状况,减少子宫内膜息肉复发。

Application of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets after resection of endometrial polyps

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of Marvelon tablet after hysteroscopic polypectomy,and to discuss the value of the combined application of Marvelon and hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment and prevention of recurrence of endometrial polyps.METHODS 186 patients with endometrial polyps(EP) underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy.Among these patients,94 patients took Marvelon tablet for six months(observation group)and other 92 patients without medication were selected as control group.Patients were followed up for twelve months to observe the menstrual blood volumethe,the recurrence of EP and the menstrual cycle.RESULTS(1) The menstrual blood volume in the observation group of postoperative period was significantly less than control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2) The incidence of EP recurrence was 6.38% and 11.96% in observation group and control group respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3) Menstrual cycle: in control group 19 cases manifested with menstrual irregularities and in observation groups there were only 4 cases,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Combined application of marvelon and hysteroscopic polypectomy can effectively improve menstrual disorder,and decrease EP recurrence.
