摘    要:为探讨PBL教学法在七年制免疫学教学中的应用策略,选择基础与临床相结合的四个章节设计问题,学生根据问题深入学习并展开讨论,教师作分析总结。结合问卷调查和结业考试,反映出学生接受并欢迎这种新的教学模式,有助于学生掌握免疫学知识,养成自学的习惯。

Abstract:PBL is an educational format that is centered around the discussion and learning that emanates from clinical problems. It is a method that encourages independent learning and provides students with practice in tackling puzzled situations and defining their own gaps in understanding the context of relevant clinical problems. Moreover, PBL can encourage students to become more involved in, and responsible for their own learning. Most students and faculty report that this is a highly enjoyable way to learn and teach.
