血塞通注射液与西医结合治疗脑出血24例

目的观察血塞通注射液与西医结合治疗脑出血的疗效。方法将47例脑出血患者随机分成治疗组24例和对照组23例，两组均予西医常规治疗。治疗组加用血塞通注射液0．4g加入5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注，每日1次，两组疗程均为15d.结果治疗组与对照组疗效有显著性差异，治疗组神经功能缺损评分及血肿吸收情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论血塞通注射液与西医结合治疗脑出血疗效优于西医常规治疗。

Xuesaitong Injection Combined Western Medicine for Treating Intracerebral Hemorrhage in 24 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage（ICH）. Methods 41 cases with ICH were randomly divided into treatment group（24 cases） and control group（23 cases）. Both groups were early treated with conventional western medicine. Additionally, Xuesaitong Injection was injected intravenously in the treatment group. Results Comparing the above two groups, the difference of curative effects was remarkable. In the treatment group, neurological functional deficit scales and rate of hematoma absorption were better（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the treatment of conventional western medicine, infusing Xuesaitong Injection can get better curative efficacy.
