| 摘 要： | 用ＨＰＬＣ测定盐酸美沙酮口服液的含量，平均回收率为１００．１７％，ＲＳＤ〈１％。用补均速法进行稳定性实验，在室温下贮存３．８年；光照对其含量有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | To establish a HPLC method for determining the concentration of Methadone Hydrochloride oral solution, the average recovery was 100. 17%. The RSD for the inter and intra-day were all less than 1%. The stability of the Methadone Hydrochloride oral solution was investigated by initial average rate method. The results showed that the experimental date of Methadone Hydrochlloride oral solution is 3. 8 years. The concentration of Methadone Hydrochloride is reduced by light irradiation. |
