呼吸训练器联合胸腔低负压吸引辅助治疗创伤性血气胸的效果观察

目的评估呼吸训练器联合胸腔低负压吸引辅助治疗创伤性血气胸的疗效。方法观察100例创伤性血气胸患者,按入院时间先后分为2组,对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组为常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上采用胸腔低负压吸引配合呼吸训练器使用;观察记录2组患者肺复张时间及胸腔引流管拔出时间。结果观察组肺复张时间及停留胸腔引流管时间明显短于对照组,p<0.01。结论呼吸训练器联合胸腔低负压吸引能有效促进血气胸患者肺复张。

EFFECT OBSERVATION OF RESPIRATORY TRAINING COMBINED WITH PLEURAL LOW NEGATIVE PRESSURE VACCUM SUCTION IN ADJUVANT TREATMENT OF TRAUMATIC HEMOPNEUMOTHORAX

Objective Evaluating the efficacy of the treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax with respiratory trainer Joint Pleural low suction assistant. Methods Observation of 100 cases of traumatic hemopneumothorax patients, according to admission time has divided into 2 groups, control group 50 eases and 50 cases of the observation group, the control group used conventional treatment, and the observation group used respiratory trainer Joint Pleural low suction assistant base on the control group;observed 2 groups of pa- tients with pulmonary recxpansion time and pull the chest tube drainage time. Results The observer group in patients with pulmonary reexpansion time and stop time for chest tube drainage was significantly shorter than the control group ,p 〈 0. 01. Conclusion Respiratory trainer Joint Pleural low suction assistant can be effective in promoting hemopneumothorax patients with pulmonary reexpansion.
