全程助产陪伴分娩810例效果及评价

目的:探讨全程助产陪伴分娩的临床效果。方法:收集2005年8月~2007年9月在责任助产士"一对一"全程陪伴分娩的初产妇810例为观察组(A组),2003年6月~2004年7月传统方式分娩的初产妇810例为对照组(B组),将两组产妇手术产率、产程、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息率及产妇满意度做比较分析。结果:A组经阴道分娩的产妇第1产程及第2产程显著缩短(P<0.001),手术产率、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息率显著降低(P<0.01),产妇满意度提高。结论:"一对一"全程陪伴分娩能提高产科服务质量,值得临床推广。

Evaluation of midwifery whole-process accompany system and delivery

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of midwifery whole-process accompany system in childbirth.Methods: Two groups data were analyzed.Trial group(group A) consisted of 810 cases of primipara who underwent "one to one" whole process companion system during delivery from August 2005 to September 2007;control group(group B) consisted of 810 cases of primipara who underwent conventional system during delivery from June 2003 to July 2004.Indicators including cesarean section,labor process,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia,and maternal satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Results: Compared with group B,the first stage and second stage in cases of vaginal delivery in group A were significantly shorter(P<0.001),rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in group A were significantly decreased(P<0.01),satisfaction was improved in primipara.Conclusion: "One to one" whole process companion system for childbirth can improve the quality of clinical service,it's worthy of generalization.
