肺部磨玻璃影的胸部X线与CT分析

目的 研究肺部不同疾病磨玻璃样影的X线与CT表现及其分布型式，并确定这些分布型式在某些肺部疾病鉴别诊断中的意义。方法 18例肺部疾病患均常规性胸部X线与CT检查。并着重分析了肺部不同疾病磨玻璃样影的分布型式。结果 胸部X线与CT证实，肺部磨玻璃样影的分布型式随病种不同而异，中央型见于癌性淋巴管炎，过敏性肺泡炎；外周型见于胶原病及特发性肺间质纤维化；弥漫型见于慢支，特发性肺间质纤维化及肺泡蛋白沉着症。结论 肺癌磨玻璃样影的分布型式对某些肺部疾病的鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Analysis of ground -glass shadow in the lung with chest X ray and CT

Objective To study the imaging findings and their distribution patterns of ground g lass like shadow in the lung of patien ts with different pulmonary diseases a nd to determine the significance of t hese distribution patterns in the di fferential diagnoses of some pul-monary diseases.Methods Eighteen patients with different pulmonary diseases underwent convent ional chest x -ray and computed tomog-raphy(CT)examinations.The distribution patterns of ground -glass shadow from di ffent pulmonary diseases were emphatically ana-lyzed.Results Chest X -ray and CT demonstrated that the distribution patterns of ground-glass shadow with different diseases were varied.The central type was found in cancero us lymphangitis and allergic alveol itis;the peripheral type was found i n collagen disease and id-iopathetic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis;the diffuse type was found in chronic bronchitis,idiopatheti c pulmonary interstitial fibrosis a nd alveolar proteinosis.Conclusion The distribution patterns of ground-glass shadow have important signif icance in the differential diagnose s of some pulmonary diseases.
