| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及影响因素。方法：回顾分析2001年7月至2003年1月行功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术并随访6个月以上慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患儿26例的临床资料。结果：根据内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准(1997海口)儿童慢性鼻窦炎26例中治愈10例，治愈率38．5％，好转13例，无效3例，总有效率88．5％，均无发生严重并发症。结论：内窥镜鼻窦手术是治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) in chronic sinusitis of children. Method: Twenty-six children with chronic sinusitis were treated with ESS.Result: According to the standard of Haikou (1997), ten of twenty-six (38.5%)children completely cured, thirteen improved and three showed no change. The totle effective rate was 88.5%. Conclusion: ESS is an effect method in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis. |
