| 摘 要： | 艾灸与针刺治疗小儿遗尿都取得了比较满意的效果。但艾灸与针刺这两种治疗方法对本病的治疗作用是否一致都未见报道。为此，笔者对45例小儿功能性遗尿患者分组进行了艾灸与针刺治疗。艾灸组30人，年龄5－14岁，病程6个月—5年，针刺组15人，平均年龄8岁半，病程1－8年。两组均取关元、肾俞（双）、三阴交（双）穴。艾灸组用清艾条每穴悬灸10分钟，以局部温热潮红为度。针刺组针刺以上穴位得气后，留针30分钟，留针期间每隔5分钟捻转一次。两组治疗均每日一次，7次为一疗程。结果：艾灸组30例中，痊愈22例，好转5例，无效3例，总有效率为90．…

The Comparative Study on the Treatment of Children's Enuresis by Acupuncture and Moxibustion |

| Abstract: | Forty-five patients of enuresis were divided into two groups, the moxibustion group and theacupuncture group, and the effective rates of the two groups were observed. The result showed thatthe total effective rate of moxibustion group was 90. 0 % while the effective rate of acupuncture groupwas 93. 3 %, there was no obvious difference between them (P>0. 05).
