四川省成都市大学生性行为态度及知识现状调查

目的:了解大学生性行为及生殖避孕知识等情况,为开展大学生性健康教育提供依据。方法:对成都市内8所高校全日制在校大学生进行系统抽样匿名问卷调查。结果:在校大学生平均年龄20.9岁,有过性行为28.2%,男生约为女生的两倍(χ2=131.791,P<0.001);男生的性态度较女生开放(χ2=64.441,P<0.001),而生殖避孕知识知晓率却低于女生(χ2=25.475,P<0.001);大学生每次都使用安全套的频率为22.5%(χ2=15.957,P=0.001),男生低于女生;女生有过人工流产比例9%。结论:大学生婚前性行为发生率高,性知识知晓率低,安全意识淡薄,男女生间差异较大,需有针对性地加强对大学生性行为的干预以及教育。

Study on the Current Status of Sexual Behaviors among the College Students in Chengdu

Objective ： To explore the sexual behaviors of the college students and their awareness of reproductive and contraceptive knowledge in order to provide the basis for sex educations among the college students. Methods ： A questionnaire survey was conducted among the full - time students of 8 colleges in Chengdu. Result： The average age of the students was 20.9 years old. About 28.2% of the students had the sexual activities, and the boys was about twice as many as the girls （Х^2 = 131. 791 ,P 〈0. 001 ）. The sexual attitudes of the boys were more open than those of the girls （Х^2 =64. 441 ,P 〈0. 001 ） , but the awareness of reproductive and contraceptive knowledge of the boys were not better than those of the girls （Х^2 = 25. 475 ,P 〈 0.001 ）. Only about 22.5% of the students used the condom each time in their sex activities （Х^2 = 15. 957 ,P = 0. 001 ）, most of whom were the college girls. As high as about 9% of the girls had experienced artificial abortion. Conclusion： The percentage of the sexual activities of the college students is high. And their awareness of reproductive and contraceptive knowledge are low. The percentage of the college students who have had sexual activities before marriage is very high, but their sexual knowledge and safety consciousness are weak. There is a significant difference between the boys and the girls. The intervention to the sexual behaviors and education among the college students should be reinforced.
