中西医结合治疗小儿脑性瘫痪流涎症疗效分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床效果。方法：采用功能训练、中药敷穴、高压低频电穴位刺激、降低口腔过敏反应的训练和姿势控制的方法治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症145例。结果：脑瘫流涎症的发生率为27．49％。中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症总有效率为77．93％，疗效与病型无相关关系，与年龄存在相关关系。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿脑性瘫痪流涎症效果确切，且疗效与病型无关，与年龄相关。

Curative Effect Analysis of Treatment Drooling on Children with Cerebral Palsy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To explore an effective treatment drooling on children with cerebral palsy by integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods： Use of functional training, Chinese medicine deposited hole, high-pressure low-frequency electrical acupoint stimulation, reduce risk for oral allergy training and postural control method of treatment 145 cases of children with cerebral palsy salivation. Results： The incidence rate of cerebral palsy drooling is 27. 49%. The total effective rate of treatment drooling by integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is 77.93 %. Efficacy and disease--based was irrelevant but it was correlated with age. Conclusion：There is exact effect of Treatment Drooling on Children with Cerebral Palsy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
