院前急救与护理在急性重度有机磷杀虫药中毒中的作用观察简

目的：探讨和观察院前急救和护理在急性重度有机磷杀虫药中毒（Acute serious organphosphorous inseciticides poisoning ，AsOIP）中的作用。方法：选择符合 AsOIP诊断标准的患者124例，分为两组，设经由120救护车接诊的AsOIP患者，且在中毒现场和返院救护车被施救的患者72例为观察组；另以自行院内就诊的52例作为对照组。经统计学分析，比较两组的住院天数、死亡率和治愈率。结果：观察组住院天数为（6．1±2．13）d，死亡1例（1．39％），治愈69例（95．83％），转院2例（2．78％）；对照组住院天数为（9．2±2．58）d ，死亡5例（9．62％），治愈47例（90.38％）。两组比较：观察组住院天数短于对照组（P＜0．05），死亡率观察组低于对照组（P＜0．05），治愈率两组无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：院前急救与护理对AsOIP患者可明显缩短住院时间、降低死亡率，对AsOIP患者预后具有良好影响。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Patients with Acute Serious Organophosphorous Insecticides Poisoning by Pre-hospital Emergency and Nursing Cure

Objective ：To investigate and observe the effects of patients with acute serious organophosphorous insecti-cides poisoning（AsOIP） by pre-hospital emergency and nursing cure .Methods ：124 patients with AsOIP were divided into two groups ：The observation group ：72 patients with AsOIP admissions by ambulance ,which they were taked treatment in poisoning scene and on ambulance that they were to return the hospital ;The control group ：52 patients with AsOIP were self-respect ,And than two groups were compared in length of hospital stay 、mortality and cure rate by statistical analysis .Results ：The observation group ：hospitalization were （6 .1 ± 2 .13）days ,cure 69 cases（95 .83% ） and death 1 case （1 .39% ） ,change hospital 2 cases（2 .78% ） ,the control group ：hospitalization were（9 .2 ± 2 .58）days , cure 47 cases （90 .38% ） and death 5 cases （9 .62% ） .Hospitalization and mortality were to show obvious difference be-tween the two groups （P〈0 .05） ,the observation group was better than the control group ,cure rate in the two groups there were no significant （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion：The patients with AsOIP by pre-hospital emergency and nurseing cure can significantly reduce mortality .Shorten hospitalization and improve prognosis of patients with AsOIP.
