加替沙星和环丙沙星治疗泌尿道感染的疗效评价

目的评价加替沙星和环丙沙星治疗泌尿道感染的疗效。方法80例泌尿系统感染患者随机分成2组:加替沙星治疗组40例,0.4g,口服,1次/d;环丙沙星治疗组40例,0.5g,口服,2次/d。两组疗程均为7d～14d。结果加替沙星组和环丙沙星组治疗泌尿道感染的总有效率分别为92.5%和87.5%(P<0.05);细菌清除率分别为94.7%和85.7%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为7.5%和10.0%,观察中未发现严重的不良反应。结论加替沙星在治疗泌尿道感染中较环丙沙星更为有效。

Evaluation of therapeutic effects of gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infections

Objective:To evaleate the efficacy between Gatifloxa cin and Ciprofloxacin in the t reatment of urinary infec-tion.Methods :80pa tients with urinary infection w ere equally divided into two groups:Gatifloxaci n group(40patients)were treated with Gatifloxacin,0.4g,po,qd,for 7d or 14d;and another 40pati ents were treated with Ciprofloxacin,0.5g,po ,bid,for7d or 14d.Results:The total effective rates of Gatiflo xacin grou p and Ciprorfloxacin grou p were 92.5%and 87.5%(P<0.05),the ba cterial clearance rates were94.7%and 85.7%((P<0.05),adverse r eactions occured in 7.5%a nd 10.0%,respectively.Conclusion:Gatifloxa cin may be more effective i n the treatment of urinary tract infe ction than Cip rofloxacin.
