| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)后择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗 (PCI)对左心室重构 (LVRM)的影响。方法 对2 7例AMI患者发病 2周后行择期PCI,应用二维超声心动图观察PCI术前及术后 3个月的左心室室壁运动积分指数 (WMSI)、左心室舒张末期内径 (LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径 (LVESD)及左心室射血分数 (LVEF)变化 ,并进行分析。结果 AMI后择期PCI术后WMSI、LVEF较术前明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ;LVEDD、LVESD均较术前缩小 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 AMI后择期PCI仍可明显抑制LVRM ,改善左心室功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of delayed percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) on left ventricular remodeling (LVRM) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The patients with AMI were treated with delayed PCI two weeks after infarction. Two-demensional echocardiography was applied to observe the alteration of left ventricular wall motion score index (WMSI), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) between before and three months after PCI.Results The improvements of WMSI and LVEF were significant (P<0.01),while LVEDD and LVESD were reduced significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01)after PCI.Conclusion Delayed PCI can still inhibit LVRM and improve the function of left ventricular after AMI. |
