| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）在检测先天性耳聋儿童听神经通路的病变情况、诊断方面的价值。方法对76例先天性耳聋儿童进行睡眠状态下的BAEP监测。测Ⅰ～Ⅴ各波峰潜伏期（PL）和峰间潜伏期（IPL），对其结果进行分析。结果76例先天性耳聋儿童脑干诱发电位的异常率为99．1％。其中24例（22．2％）双侧Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波波形消失；20例（18．5％）一侧波形消失（其中15例为对侧波形消失，5例为对侧Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长）；53例（49．1％）双侧波形缺如；10例（9．3％）Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长。结论BAEP对早期诊断儿童先天性耳聋有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in the observation of the childen who had been deaf before they were born. Methods: 76 patients were assessed by BAEP in the study. The peak latency (PL) and interpeak latency (IPL) of wave I - V were measured. The analysis of data was carried out and the abnormal manifestations of patientswere analysed. Results: The abnormal degree and main manifestations of the shapewere analysed by BAEP in the study. Conclusion: The BAEP is considered to be valuable in the diagnosis of the childen who had been deaf before they were born. The BAEP can assist in the early diagnosis. |
