| 摘 要： | 要用异硫氰酸荧光黄标记低密度脂蛋白,并与人血液淋巴细胞进行反应。在荧光显微镜下观察到,淋巴细胞周围有亮绿色物质的存在,表明这种方法能够显示出淋巴细胞膜上的 LDL,从而检测淋巴细胞膜 LDL 受体对 LDL 的识别能力。

| Abstract: | LDL was labelled by fluorescein isothiocyanate.The labelled matter was mixed with lymphocyte in human blood,It was observed under fluorescence microscope that there was bright green matter under around lymphocyte.The result suggested that the method was able to prove LDL around lymphocyte and detect the function of the lymphocyte membrane LDL receptor to distin- gush LDL. |
