音乐放松想象训练对腹腔镜肝切除患者术后恢复的影响

目的探讨音乐放松想象训练(MRIT)对腹腔镜肝切除(LH)患者术后恢复的影响。方法按便利取样法将40例LH患者分为实验组20例和对照组20例,实验组接受围手术期常规护理和MRIT,对照组则接受常规护理。观察两组术后疼痛程度、下地活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间。结果实验组术后6h、术后1d、术后2d的疼痛程度明显低于对照组;实验组术后下地活动时间与对照组相比提前了4.75h,差异有显著性意义(t=2.25,P=0.03);实验组排气时间也略早于对照组,但无统计学意义;两组总住院时间无明显差异,但实验组术后住院时间(5.2±1.15)d较对照组(6.1±1.55)d平均缩短了0.9d,差异有显著性意义(t=2.08,P=0.04)。结论MRIT作为护理干预措施,可减轻LH患者术后疼痛,促进术后康复,缩短术后住院时间。

Effects of musical therapy on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy

Objective To explore the effect of musical therapy on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods Forty patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy were divided into experimental group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Experimental group received routine care and musical therapy, control group just received routine care.Patients' pain condition, gastrointestinal function, bedside exercise after operation and the time of hospitalization were measured.Result Patients in experimental group had less pain than those in control group on 6 hours, 1 and 2 days after operation. The experimental group began to do bedside exercise earlier than control group (t=2.25,P=0.03) and the time of hospitalization is also shorter. There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal function.Conclusion Musical therapy has more beneficial effects and can improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.
