及时有效的溶栓治疗对改善急性缺血性卒中患者的临床转归有着重要意义。当前溶栓治疗的问题包括低再通率和出血并发症。实验研究和临床试验已表明,超声能促进溶栓,而持续的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)监测能在床旁无创并安全地进行,它能增加t-PA诱导的动脉再通而不会增加出血风险。这种联合治疗为优化急性缺血性卒中患者的血管再通带来了希望。

Transcranial Doppler Enhancement of Thrombolysis for Acute Ischemic Stroke

Fast and efficient thrombolytic therapy has important significance on improving clinical outcome of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Problems with current thrombolytic therapy include low recanalization rate and frequent bleeding com- plications.Both the experiments and clinical trials have shown that ultrasound-enhanced thrombolysis is a safe and effective method to improve thrombolytic therapy.Continuous transcranial Doppler (TCD) monitoring can be achieved safely at the bed- side,it can augment t-PA-induced arterial recanalization without increasing bleeding.This combined treatment is promising in optimizing recanalization therapy in acute ischemic stroke patients.
