慢性扁桃体炎遗传规律及基因频率研究

通过对慢性扁桃体炎的抽样调查,发现该病与遗传有关。共调查人数2478人.患病74人,44个完整家系。群体患病率为2.98％,Ⅰ级亲患病率为24.7％,两者有高度显著性差异(p<0.01)。基因颇率为0.173。并通过家系分析和等位基因频率测验法,证明该病为常染色体隐性遗传,并可受环境等因素影响而表现度减弱或外显不全。

INQUIRE INTO THE GENETIC LAW AND GENE FREQUENCY OF CHRONIC TONSILLITIS

Tonsillitis was somewhat related to inheritance according to sampling survey.2478 persons and 44 family members were examined, whom 74 (3.0%) had tonsillitis, with the morbidity in directly-related members of the fami- lies being 24.7%.Genc frequency is 0.173. It is sugg suggested that autosomaI reccsscsive inheritance Played a role in it. but morbidity may be influenced by other factors such as cnvironment.
