| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位放血配合雷火灸治疗梅核气的临床疗效。方法：对20例梅核气患者采用双侧肝俞穴点刺放血,雷火灸条悬灸膻中、中脘穴治疗,每天一次,10天为一疗程。结果：2个疗程后统计疗效,16例治愈,4例有效,治愈率80%,有效率100%。结论：穴位放血配合雷火灸治疗梅核气具有较好的临床疗效,能明显改善患者的临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect in treatment of globus hystericus with acupoint bloodletting and thunder-fire moxibust-ion therapy. Methods Twenty patients were subject to bloodletting at Ganshu （肝俞 BL 18） in both sides and to thunder-fire moxibustion at Danzhong （膻中 CV 17） and Zhongwan （中脘 CV 12）. Once a day, twenty treatments were given. Results Sixteen cases were cured and 4 cases effective; cured rate was 80% and effective rate 100%. Conclusion Bloodletting comb for globus hystericus is better ined with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy n clinical efficacy, significantly improving the patients＇ clinical symptoms. |
