当归超微粉体和普通粉体的粉体学性质比较

摘    要:目的:比较当归超微粉体和普通粉体的粉体学性质,为超微粉粹应用于当归提供试验依据。方法:通过测定当归粉体的粒径及分布、吸湿性、粉体的形貌结构等粉体学特征和体外溶出行为,研究当归粉体的粒径对其粉体学特性、含量和体外溶出行为的影响。结果:随当归粉体粒度的减小,比表面积及孔容和吸湿性增加,流动性变弱,4种粉体中阿魏酸含量大小顺序为普通粉微粉Ⅰ微粉Ⅱ微粉Ⅲ,但是随着粉碎程度的加强,微粉Ⅱ中的阿魏酸溶出速率、累积溶出率和溶出总量均高于其它粒径级别的当归粉体。结论:适度的微粉化能促进当归有效成分的溶出。
