前列腺摘除术后两种尿管拔除方法对排尿的影响

目的探查前列腺摘除术后两种尿管拔除方法对排尿的影响。方法将159例前列腺摘除术后患者随机分成观察组83人,对照组76人,观察组采取拔管前先夹管、放空气囊后重新住入1毫升空气或水、将阴茎抬高与腹壁呈90°角、嘱病员曲膝深呼吸的方法拔管。对照组采用常规拔管方式,比较两种方法所致的血尿、尿痛、尿潴留的情况。结果观察组拔除尿管后的血尿、尿痛、尿潴留等情况明显少于对照组。结论前列腺摘除术后采用恰当的拔管方法,可减少病人痛苦,缩短治疗时间,同时减轻病人的经济负担。

The effects of two methods of pulling urinary drainage tube on emiction after prostate extraction

Objective To observe the effects of two methods of pulling urinary drainage tube on emiction after prostate extraction. Methods 159 patients with prostate extraction were randomly divide into two groups, including control group （83 cases） and experiment group （76 cases）. The methods of pulling drainage tube in experiment group were operated as follow. After the urinary drainage tube was clamped, the air bag was emptied, and then lml air or water was infused into emptied airbag. When the tube was pulled, the patient was requested to deeply breathe. The urinary drainage in control group was pulled out with conventional methods, Results Symptoms including blood urine, odynuria and urinary retention in experiment group were less than that in control one. Conclusion The correct method of pulling urinary drainage tube is benefit for recover of prostate extraction.
